An Employment Quiz – How Reliable Is it?
A human personality consists of infinite number of traits and aspects that define your behavior and life style. A personality quis aims at revealing some of those aspects which are vital for a given situation.
An employment personality quiz is designed to identify those aspects of a human personality that are vital for a given ob position. It usually consists os direct and indirect questions with multiple answers, none of which can bconsidered correct of course.
A job candidate’s personality is estimated based on the key which takes into cosideration all answers given by a person.
However it is often argued is a personality test can be good and reliable way to estimate if a person can be a good match for a given job position.
On the one hand, a human personality is to complex to be identified by the set of questions and answers no matter how scientific they are.
On the second hand, a candidate might be not completely sincere (even to himself!) when answering the questions.
Therefore, an employment personality quiz cannot be the only factor considered when choosing a person for a particular job. His past resords and recommendations, oral interview and samples of work should be taken into account in the first place.
